Have you heard of KPCO's invention, The Replicator?  It was used in the chaotic era of The Flicker to gain an edge in war.

Unfortunately, Pamp's meddling with the files "Prototype.005," caused the machine to malfunction, resulting in the creation of RB005, a peculiar hybrid of Pamp and a Bunny.

Although "Robot Bunny" turned out to be a helpful assistant , KPCO hid this incident to avoid public scrutiny.
